Riley McCoy, Owner, has loved construction his entire life. After years of Legos, putting together Ikea furniture, and handy man jobs for additional money through out high school, he followed his passion into college, where he received his B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University in 2016. After graduating, he moved to Bend, Oregon, to work for a regional home builder, further solidifying his desire to learn about the home building process. A few years later, his desire to learn more types of construction brought him back to Portland, Oregon, where he managed commercial tenant improvements, concrete tilt-ups, mixed use commercial buildings, and other larger scale projects.

Riley and his Wife, Chelsea, along with their young family, felt a calling to Northern Idaho and never looked back. We love calling CDA our Home and hope we can help you do the same.
